Camera permission is required solely to control the device flashlight/torch functionality.
The app does not capture, record, store, or upload photos or videos.
User preferences such as theme, brightness, vibration settings, and flashlight modes may be stored locally on your device.
The app does not require user accounts, registration, or login access.
Internet access may be used only for loading advertisements or opening support links.
Google AdMob or other third-party advertising services may collect device identifiers or limited technical information in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Flashlight SOS - LED Torch does not intentionally collect GPS location, contacts, microphone data, messages, or personal files.
Battery information may be accessed locally only for safety or performance-related functionality and is not transmitted externally.
The app itself does not intentionally collect personal analytics or user behavior tracking data.
All flashlight, SOS, strobe, and screen light features operate only while the app is open or actively running on the device.
Permissions may be revoked at any time through your device settings.
Any locally stored app data may be removed when the application is uninstalled.

Advertisements help support the free version of Flashlight SOS - LED Torch.

All app names, icons, logos, designs, features, and related assets are owned by Conversantech.

Users are solely responsible for safe and lawful use of flashlight, SOS, strobe, screen light, and related features.
Flashlight SOS - LED Torch should not be relied upon as a substitute for emergency, medical, rescue, or safety equipment.
Performance and compatibility may vary depending on device hardware, operating system, battery condition, and manufacturer limitations.
Users are responsible for maintaining device security and proper device operation.

Users understand and agree that they use the application entirely at their own risk.
Conversantech, its developers, team members, partners, and affiliates shall not be held responsible for:
- Any direct or indirect damage caused through use of the application
- Battery drain, overheating, flashlight malfunction, or device hardware issues
- Data loss, corruption, or loss of locally stored app settings
- Device instability, crashes, or operating system issues
- Harm, injury, discomfort, seizures, or health-related effects caused by strobe or flashing light features
- Financial loss, business interruption, or personal harm resulting from use or inability to use the application
- Unauthorized access caused by user negligence, insecure devices, malware, or third-party software
- Service interruptions, bugs, compatibility issues, or unexpected behavior caused by device manufacturers, operating system updates, or external factors
Users are solely responsible for ensuring safe use of flashlight and SOS functionality in their environment and situation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Use of the application is entirely at the user's own risk.

The free version of the app may display advertisements.
Third-party services such as Google AdMob are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services, advertisements, external links, or third-party content.
